This product is typically the highest priced for the following reasons.
The installation process for this product is very time consuming, each hole must be pre-drilled, countersunk and a #10 stainless steel screw installed in order to fasten the product. This results in a higher cost for installation and hardware, a cost that you'll soon forget once you see the final product.
This product will gray over time and does require periodic sealing to maintain it's original look, although the natural weathered gray doesn't look bad. |
